The Clock Is Ticking On Your Chance To Receive A 30% Government Tax Credit Toward A New High Efficiency Heating, Cooling, & Hot Water System.
If you’ve been thinking about replacing your home heating, central air conditioning, or hot water system, your timing couldn’t be better.
That’s because the U.S. government is now offering a 30% tax credit – up to a maximum of $1,500 – on Energy Star certified systems to help reward consumers for reducing our nation’s energy consumption.
The credit is available on the following system types: central air, central heating, heat pumps (combined home heating and cooling systems providing the maximum in energy efficiency and AC System Add-Ons), and tankless water heaters
But you’ll want to act now, as these credits expire as of December 31, 2010

More About Tankless Water Heaters
Unlike storage tank models, tankless water heaters heat water only as it is used.
A tankless unit has a heating device activated by the flow of water when a hot water valve is opened. Once activated, the heater delivers a constant supply of hot water. You can purchase ‘whole-house’ models or ‘booster’ units to increase the amount of hot water available in your bathroom or other areas of your home.
While tankless water heaters typically cost more than storage tank units, you’ll enjoy lower operating costs and extended system life, not to mention a 30% tax credit if you purchase before December 31.
In fact, the average lifespan of a tankless system is more than 20 years, vs. 10-15 years for a storage tank system.
